Submit this Lost Pet Form and We’ll Mark Your Pet as Lost in our Database
Please note, that submitting this form does NOT notify all animal shelters across the country (at this time) that your pet is lost. Here are some imperative steps to help find your lost pet:
-
Make sure to connect with ALL your local municipalities, animal shelters and rescues to see if they have found your lost pet.
-
Post about your Lost Pet (with a photo) on Facebook Lost & Found Groups, your Facebook Page, NextDoor, and all other Social Media Platforms.
-
Put up lost pet posters around your neighborhood and/or wherever your pet went missing.
-
Make sure your Pet’s Microchip is registered and your contact information is up-to-date. This is a crucial step – a microchip will NOT serve its purpose of bringing your pet back home to you IF your current contact information is not associated with their chip. You may register your pet’s chip our affiliate AnimallTag for Free here
If you don’t know if your pet is microchipped or don’t know what their chip number is – refer back to their adoption, breeder or vet records. The chip number will either be a 15 digit numeric, a 10-digit alphanumeric or a 9-digit numeric number. If you can’t find your records, reach out to your vet or to the organization, person or breeder to whom you acquired your pet.
